Our client area - accessible by clicking the 'client area' link on the top right offers the following features:

Profile and contacts management: Set up and edit billing and multiple administrative contacts - so we can respond to queries from multiple individuals securely.
Domain and hosting account overviews: View the status of all your accounts with us.
Domain management: Change your domain settings and contact information, or renew your domain in advance of the due date.
Upgrade your account or place new orders: Should you need to purchase additional products, this can all be done without having to re-enter all the information.
Full email and contact history: All emails we send you, and all ticket history, is stored within the system for reference.
Knowledgebase and ticket system: Open and track current tickets through our easy-to-use ticket system.
Add credit: Add credit in advance which comes off future invoices.
Invoice archive: A full record of all invoices and transactions (VAT Invoices) is provided for your accounting.
